JSM Builders construction division operates primarily as an implementation asset to our investment teams. Most of the projects we build are owned by partners or affiliates for personal use or for speculation; however, we do contract build for new clients if a long term relationship is anticipated and/or intended.

Because of this unique purpose, our approach to construction management is much more "ownership" minded.

The primary focus of this division is the partner and the corresponding investment; only after this is it construction. This mentality continues to generate a much higher quality product with a much better cost basis and keeps the construction process an integrated part of the investment instead of a disassociated, third party with different interests. To date, most of our contract build clients have turned into long-term partners and investors as they've seen the value and realized the progressive returns of our business strategies.
