About JSM Builders, Inc.

JSM Builders, Inc. began in 1998 simply as part of the general construction community in Steamboat Springs. In the first few years the company grew rapidly to be one of the regions leading construction management groups mainly due to the highly competent partnerships that were established with local trades and national vendors.

In 2002 the ownership was expanded which lead to branching the company into multifamily subdivision development and land planning along with speculation building.

It was also in 2002 that JSM Builders began assembling individual investors and investment groups that had focuses in equity placement, joint ventures, limited partnerships, mezzanine financing and exchanges. Today, our affiliates and partners number in the hundreds and are some of the most respected in their fields.
